COO – Jason Smith
Jason Smith began working at ETC part-time in 1995. After graduating from Gilmer High School, he continued to work with ETC while he completed his associate’s degree from Southern Polytechnic State University. He currently holds his certification as an RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer). Mr. Smith then was employed full time in 1999. He has worked in several capacities including network assistant, business systems technician, business group director, Vice President of Business Development and now serves as COO. Currently, Mr. Smith oversees marketing, technical support, directory services, professional services, business installation, security, cable ad sales, local TV production, and sound & entertainment. Mr. Smith’s wife, Kelly, is a Registered Nurse. They have two daughters, Clara and Ava. He is an avid golfer and also enjoys being active in his church.
